Kathmandu to Nepal Gunj Flight time: 55 min’sOur journey begins today from Kathmandu to the western city of Nepal, Nepal Gunj from a flight and transfer to hotel
Nepal Gunj to Juphal and then start to trek Dunai (2140m)Flight time: 45 min’sTrekking Time: 4hrsAs the second day begins, we will board the flight to Juphal from where we will start our trek. We can catch a glimpse of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri to the north. On reaching Juphal, we will meet our trekking team with all the food supplies and gears to carry out our 24 days of adventure. Now, we walk an hour downhill path through the terraced fields along the river Bheri. This 4 hour trek will take us to the Dunai village. Dunai is a large emerging village with an administrative headquarter being in it of the Dolpo region, we can also visit the monasteries. Night stay at tented camps.
Dunai to kageni (2421m)Trekking Time: 6 to 7 hrs Today we start with a gradual uphill hike, along the banks of Thuli bheri river to Sulighat where we will continue walking to kageni. Overnight at tented camp.
Kageni to Chhepka (2720m)Trekking Time: 5 to 6 hrsWe make an early start and pacing slowly along the river of Sulighat, we will keep walking uphill till Shyangta where we stop for lunch. After this we will find ourselves at the confluence of Ankhe khola and Phoksundo Khola and crossing on suspension bridge, we will keep sloping upward through the jungles for about 2 hours which will take us straight to Chhekpa.
Chhepka to Amchi Tibetan camp (3110m)Trekking Time: 7 to 8 hrsAfter a healthy breakfast, we set off on our journey again on a parallel line with the Phoksundo Khola (river) where we will break the line twice. After walking for about an hour we will depart from the river making our way to the right side of it and after walking for a couple of hours we will find ourselves walking along the same river till we reach Rechi. Now trekking on a similar path for sometimes more, crossing the river on a suspension bridge, through the jungles we will arrive at Amchi Tibetan Camp.   
Amchi Tibetan camp to Shey Phoksundo (3640m)  Trekking Time: 4 hrsEven today we follow the same river trail to Rike, we get across and make our way upwards to Polom where we will find a large and beautiful waterfall and we will continue walking all the way to shey Phoksundo.
Rest day at PhoksundoToday after the breakfast as every day, we go around the place. Explore the village, Hindu temples, and Buddhist monasteries and a very famous Phuksundo Lake with its greenish blue water. If happens to be there between November and December, we may get to experience a Hindu religious Mela (fair). 
Shey Phoksundo to Sallaghri (3700m)Trekking Time: 7 to 8 hrsEarly start is advised today. We trek beside the Phoksundo on a winding hill trail, through thin juniper forest, uphill and vice versa at several places to Sallaghari.
Sallaghari to Kangla phedi (4700m)Trekking time: 8 hrsToday it can be bit difficult because we are getting up higher of about 1000m and as a result we may be vulnerable to high altitude sickness. So we have to be very careful about it and walking slow is mandatory and time consuming simultaneously. As of the trail, it is a barren uphill gradual climb and a sandy, rocky track full pebbles and mud is waiting on a near approach to Kangla Phedi.
Kangla phedi to Shye Gumba via Kangla pass (5360m)Trekking time: 8 to 9hrsThe climb especially on to the rocky hill is going to demand great exertion. After around 3 hours of trek we reach the top of the Kang La but the views from the top are splendid and worth all the effort. Climbing down to the valley floor, for about 40 minutes, we march rambling along the banks of the river, crossing it once or more. A red chorten signals your disembarkation to the Shey Gompa where a quaint wooden log bridge leads up to the Shey compound. Night stay at tented camps.
Shey Gumba rest and acclimatizationA perfect day for a short trip around Shey Gompa, this is also called the Crystal Mountain. The monks of this monastery dwell at a red hermitage known as Tsakang Gompa which is north of Shey. It is rather a retreat than a monastery. Shey Gompa belongs to the Chaiba community, followers of the Padmasambhava and Kagyu sects.
Shey Gumba to Namrung (4360) via sela pass (5095m)Trekking Time: 7 to 8 hrsWe follow Sephu Khola for a while and then we start ascending through steep and narrow trail towards Sela pass. We are to move slowly as today also is a high uphill up to 5000 and high meter. The view is great from the top; view of the surrounding mountains is incredible. And now we make a very careful and slow climb down to a village called Namrung.
Namrung to Saldang (3770m)Trekking Time: 5 hrs Today’s destination is at a short distance but the trail is more complicated. It is mostly comprise of up and downhill trek through the middle of a jungle, zig zag and narrow way is all at the store for us today that will land us at Saldang.
Saldang to Khoma (4060m)Trekking Time: 7 to 8 hrsWe start with a downhill walk at the beginning before Gho and now our trail turns into an ascent amidst a jungle all the way up to Khoma.
Khoma to Shimen (3800m)Trekki Time: 7 to 8 hrsToday, again after breakfast, we go down for few hours and after that a steep upward climb starts for about 200m in distance till Shimen La pass at the height of 4260m from the sea level. Later, a slightly downward path for about 400m in distance is to be walked till Panjyang Khola, thereafter crossing it and trekking for couple of hours, we will be at Shimen.
Simen La to Tinji (4110m)Trekking Time: 4 to 5 hrs We start with an uphill climb following Panjyan Khola and then walk in an open hill to Pu Gumpa at 4400m. We can find a cave in that place. We will continue walking to Mukdem khola and crossing on a suspension bridge to Sati and to Tinji.
Tinji to Base Camp (4210m)Trekking Time: 8 hrsKick off with a climb and having to cross the river more than twice, we will keep wrapping the hill on a winding trail till we arrive at Base camp.
Base camp to Kharka (4800m) Trekking Time: 6 to 7 hrsWe walk a similar way as previous day while following the same river. Now the path becomes rocky, sandy on a sloppy side hill to Syaule. We will then trek through an up and down trail to Kharka.
Kharka to Chharka Bhot (4300m) Trekking time: 6 to 7 hrsWe will make an early start and today also we will follow the same river which is now called Akhan khola all the way to Malala pass at an elevation of 5030m, now this pass remains closed except from March to Sep due to heavy snowfall. Now we will face a muddy and sandy downhill track of about an hour to Charka Bot.
Rest day at Charkha Bot.
Chharka Bhot to Yak Kharka (4987m)Trekking Time: 6 to 7hrsWe start early and after half an hour we will cross a river to get to Tulsi. Now we will be following the Tharsang khola on a slightly downward road to Yak Kharka. 
Yak Kharka to khola camp (4248m) over 5120m and 5550m pass Trekking Time: 8hourWe walk along the river and cross Thasang khola again after 2 hour of walk. We head upward sloping to Niwala pass at 5120m and then after walking a steep uphill about 2 hour we will also cross another pass called Jungbangla pass at 5550m which is considered a very tough one. Now downward walking on a winding like zigzag track we will be at Khola camp. 
Khola Camp to Sandak (3777m)Trekking Time: 8 hrsWe will descend to Lhanimar Khola and getting across we will walk to Ghaldan Ghaldun Khola camp. We will then proceed on a trail with several up and down hill, crossing Kyalumpa River to Jhyamse. The final
Sandak to Yak Kharka (3478m)Trekking Time: 7 hrsA journey to Yak kharka can be a bit difficult as we have to go through a pass at 4460m on a dry sandy trail till we make it to Bhima Lojun La. As we keep pushing down through forest path we will be confront by another pass at 3610m after which trekking downhill for a couple of hours takes us to Yak kharka.
Yak Kharka to Jomsom (2720m)Trekking Time:  4 hrsToday is the last trekking day and the trail is short and comparatively easy. This four hour of walk takes us downhill through forest at the beginning to Marshyangdi river and then we will follow the river all the till we reach Jomsom.
Jomsom to Pokhara (820m)Flight, 27 min or drive; 6 to 7 hrsWe can take a flight or if the weather condition turns unfavorable, we might as well use a public jeep and drive to Pokhara. 
Pokhara to Kathmandu Flight time: 25 minDrive time: 6 to 7 hrsYou have the choice to stay in Pokhara for a day and carry out other activities like paragliding, boating at the Phewa lake and the sightseeing around the city itself is a worth wasting a day. Or you can drive back to Kathmandu by a tourist standard bus or flight.

Do not hire guides or porters informally from hotels, streets, or airports.
Always check that your trekking guide has a valid guide license.
Ensure that your staff has proper insurance—without it, you could be held legally and financially responsible in case of an accident.
Giving Back
At the end of your trek, you are welcome to donate clothes, medicines, or trekking gear to our social project. We will ensure these items are given to people who truly need them.
